Thank you so much to everyone who came down and supported me! It was so lovely getting to meet you all, and I now have enough money to buy at least 4 backpack beds, nearing 5. I will aim to keep you all updated :)Bake a Change is happening....TOMORROW!!!
I'll be selling sweet treats for a sweet cause down at Slingshot Bungee, Surfers Paradise! I will be running all day - or, until I sell out :)
Every cupcake, cookie and slice helps us to provide shelter for those in need. I can't wait to see some of you there. Eat good. Do good. Bake a Change.

Behind the Bakes
Planning this bake sale has been one of the most exciting things I’ve done — not just because I love baking , but because it’s all for a cause that truly matters.
I started by choosing a name, designing a logo, and coming up with my colour scheme — soft teals and blues to match my beachy vibe.
From there, it was all about:
· Choosing what to bake (cupcakes, cookies, maybe a few surprises!)
· Creating signs and blurbs that explain exactly where your money goes
· Designing a cute logo
A single cupcake might not change the world, but every dollar raised brings someone closer to safety, warmth, and rest.
Sleeping Safe Starts Here
I'm one of the twenty students from Years 7 to Year 12 who have volunteered to participate in this Homelessness Sleepover.
I will be serving meals and having conversations with local people doing it tough at this time of year.
100% of the money you spend here goes directly to Backpack Bed for Homeless – an incredible organisation that provides safe, comfortable, and transportable beds for people experiencing homelessness.
Every cupcake, cookie, and treat helps give someone warmth, dignity, and a place to rest.
